By using this site, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of use, then you cannot use this site. You understand and accept that you are precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.

HealthMeans may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of the HealthMeans website shall be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Product & Membership

To access the health and wellness information at HealthMeans, you must create an account to become a member. The health and wellness information available at HealthMeans includes video, audio, all transcriptions of video and audio, any narrative, summary, or other medium through which health and wellness information is provided to a member (“Content”). Any coding, icons, images, and any visual or audible depiction on the HealthMeans site also falls within the definition of Content.

Members are provided the opportunity to become subscribers. Members who do not pay for a subscription will have access to certain group memberships or certain public Content. Subscribers will have access to all public Content. All members have the option to purchase premium Content.

Subscribers agree to authorize HeathMeans to charge you a recurring monthly or annual membership fee at the then current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of HealthMeans, such as purchases of premium Content. Subscribers are billed each month or year on the calendar date corresponding to the commencement of your paid subscription.

Subscribers and members agree to the responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of any username or password. Subscribers and members agree that they may not allow non-members or non-subscribers the use of their personal credentials to access Content.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee compatibility with your device. Some devices will not stream online content. Some internet providers restrict downloading of specific content. HealthMeans will not be held liable for any additional costs associated with you accessing our Content. Refund Policy

HealthMeans offers a 30 day refund period on all products. After the refund period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancelled subscription will continue until the end of the paid term and will not renew. To cancel your subscription, visit your “My Account” page within healthmeans.com and click the “cancel subscription” link.

The HealthMeans site as well as its employees and affiliates assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, or contradictory interpretations of the subject matter in any of the products provided. You understand that  all Content is considered intellectual property and you agree that you will not r reproduce, redistribute,  lend, rent, upload, sell, or otherwise disseminate any Content  to anyone without written consent from HealthMeans.  Any use of HeathMeans Content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute a violation of state and/or federal law. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use HealthMeans shall automatically terminate.

HealthMeans takes every reasonable precaution to protect our users’ personal information. When users submit sensitive information to HealthMeans, their information is protected both online and offline. We are committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide to us, and we maintain commercially reasonable procedures and technology designed for this purpose. The HealthMeans website has reasonable technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your HealthMeans passwords or accounts. You shall promptly notify HealthMeans if you believe your account or password has been compromised. You grant HealthMeans the right to store and use your information.

When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as billing address, that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the web address prefix changes from http to https, confirming that the security software is active.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment. We request information from the user on our secure order form where a user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. We may store this information securely on our server. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. This information is not shared with companies outside of HealthMeans.

HealthMeans shall not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting any action taken in reliance on the health and wellness information provided by HealthMeans or from lost data or business interruption, resulting from the use of or inability to access HealthMeans Content.



You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with or relating to HealthMeans resides with the courts in and for St. Johns County, Florida. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the substantive laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waive your right to a trial by jury with respect to any litigation arising out of, under, or in connection with your use of the HealthMeans website. A prevailing party to litigation concerning these terms and conditions or any dispute involving HealthMeans is entitled to the recovery of attorneys’ fees and court costs. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold HealthMeans, its officers, directors, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions, or liabilities resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and the HealthMeans Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthMeans with respect to the use of the HealthMeans  website. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
